Brazil is the main favorite to win the World Cup and proved their class in the group stage regardless of the loss in the last match. Brazil started with a 2-0 win over Serbia in a match in which they didn’t allow any shot on target to their opponent. Things were similar in the second game with the only difference being that Brazil scored only one goal to win. With Neymar being injured and questionable for the rest of the competition, Brazil’s manager Tite decided to change the roster for the last game against Cameroon which ended up with a 1-0 loss.

That loss didn’t make any difference from Brazil who won the group and is major favorite to go past the top 16 phase.

South Korea proved that heart and discipline can win games and they are one of the top stories of the World Cup until this point. They started the competition with a 0-0 draw against Uruguay in a game in which they were not the better team. Things got even worse in the second game when South Korea lost 3-2 to Ghana. They were 2-0 down and managed to get back quickly in the second half but did not hold on until the end. They went into the final game of the group stage in a must-win situation against the best team in it, Portugal. No one gave them much of a chance but Hee-Chan Hwang’s goal in the stoppage time kept Korea’s dream alive.

Many have signed the Koreans out even before this game starts but confidence is something that this team definitely has. It is hard to believe that it will bring them anything in the game against Brazils since the Cariocas are simply on another level. Brazil will not let South Korea to stand any chance in this game and will attack from the very start of the game. Brazil will probably open the score early in the game and will dominate the rest of it advancing to the Top 8 phase by scoring at least three goals tonight.
