Analysis:
Neon had a very tough Group Stage, they almost didn't make it. But because of their win against Liquid, they manage to push thru.
I think Liquid loses on this match because it won't make any bearing to their current spot so they might as well save some strats for the playoffs than try harder beating Neon.
With this I think Fnatic is the better team, simply look at their lineup and you can easily compare how great the team is. Although, they're recent loss against EG was alright considering two of their squad came from Fnatic and they know exactly how their former teammates will move or respond to anything.
This should be a win for Fnatic, they'll do everything they can to hold off to the Lower Bracket.
