This is a very good game for Smart Omega, they have been performing in a much consistent manner and were able to lose 2 games this year out of 10 and those were against Execration and Neon Esports, teams that are in a much higher tier right now.

HOYO is a decent team, they are composed of professional players who decided to play as a team to compete in this Regional League, I believe the most common problem on this team is their communication. We could expect this to be a close match and either team is capable of winning the game. Their recent loss against Cignal was because ABAT performs his best and had a good game.
