Sport Betting Tip: Liverpool - Manchester United, Premier Leauge
- Title : Sport Betting Tip: Liverpool - Manchester United, Premier Leauge
Summary:
This game has draw written all over it. Number of people who claim they have always supported one of these clubs Number of commentators who are cheering when one of these team wins. Number of sports reporters who pretend they are neutral but actually support one or both of these teams. On all these measures it probably comes out as a draw between these two teams. As a result i would be very happy if the game ended in a bore draw. 0-0 with no close chances - no action of note to speak about - my idea of heaven. Good Luck All.

This is a difficult game for both sides, first against second in the league. With 2 draws in their last 3 meetings, United will come here fancying their chances whilst in good form. Liverpool haven't lost at home for a few years in the league and I think that run will continue, but United are yet to lose an away game this season, and I think that a draw is likely.
I’ll start by saying that I wouldn’t touch this line at all. Both of these teams are very good, and have the talent to come out and put on a show. As they have both shown this season, they are also capable of disappointing performances. There is just too much variance in both of these sides to like any bet. So, obviously, that means I looking at the Total, which entirely hinges on whether these teams play tight or open things up.
If they try to out-gun each other, this game could get easily get north of 6 goals (both average over 2 goals per game on the year). But big games like this also have a habit of playing more like a chess match. These two sides are posturing right now to get out in front of the pack, and walking away from this game empty handed would be a huge hit to either’s title chances.
I believe both clubs know that, and understand that a tie here isn’t going to be the worst thing in the world for them. The real differentiator will be how many points they can take against teams they are supposed to beat, and those are the games where they will push more for goals. In a game this important,
I expect a little more caution and a low scoring affair. Their defenses have issues, but not enough to make them incapable of holding their opponent to a goal or less on the game. I’m going to take under 3, which is decent value at 1.72. You’ll know pretty quickly whether this is a good bet or not. So long as each side holds its ground for the first 20-30 minutes, this game will lock up and the under should hit. Just hope there isn’t an early lapse in judgment or a moment of brilliance from either side.
- Manchester United have seen under 2.5 goals in 4 of their last 5 matches (all competitions).
- Liverpool have seen under 2.5 goals in their last 3 matches (English Premier League).
